Where can I buy your product?
All of our products are available on our website. We will supply you with a list of retail outlets in the near future.

Do you accept PayPal?
We do have a PayPal option at checkout.

Shipping

Can I change the address on my order?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@reversecufflinks.com and we will make every attempt to honor your request.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Reverse Cufflinks does not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with UPS.

Your package may at any point be transferred from UPS to USPS for final delivery. If this occurs your USPS tracking number can be found at the bottom of the UPS tracking website under 'additional information. At this point your package can be tracked via USPS.com using their 26 digit tracking number.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

Orders will not be shipped on the following holidays:

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Reverse Cufflinks does not offer international shipping.

Product Care


Cleaning the cufflink body and insert can simply be
done using a lint-free cloth. If there are stains, a mild
detergent on a cloth for the cufflink body, insert and
cord should do the trick. For the metals, you can use
a dab of car wax to coat and shine them. It is
recommended that if you use cleaning solutions on
the semi-precious stones, that you apply a small
amount of coconut oil to the stone to prevent
hardening.


Fit and Finish

When working with metals such as stainless steel and
aluminum there will be slight differences in the fit and
the finish of each cufflink. While we maintain the highest
quality standards, absolute perfection is not possible.
The same is true in working with the semi-precious
stones. Each will be slightly different in size, shape
, and color. We strive to match each as best we can,
but there will always be some differences. We want
you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
